Orders

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email update when your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number. You can track your shipment at https://track.aftership.com/ by selecting the correct carrier. You can also contact us with your order number by email, Instagram, or Facebook Messenger and we will reply as soon as possible.

Why have I not received a confirmation email after payment?

Our store sends confirmation emails automatically. Please check your spam/junk folder or add LANMEIRENBEAUTY.com to your email trust list. If you still have not received it, please verify that the email address you entered at checkout is correct, or contact us and we will check for you.

Can I change my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us to make changes to the item or shipping information. Once the order has been shipped, changes cannot be made.

Can I cancel my order?

If you selected the wrong item or entered incorrect shipping information, please contact us before the parcel is shipped. If the parcel has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order during transit.

Can I add items to my existing order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us at lanmeirenbeauty@outlook.com with the product and quantity you would like to add.

Shipping

What is the estimated shipping time?

Shipping times vary by destination. Generally, delivery takes 5 to 15 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

My order shows as delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?

We use express door-to-door delivery for most addresses (excluding PO Boxes). If you were not home, the package may have been left at your door, signed for by a family member, or returned to the local post office. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will handle it as a priority.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my item?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. You will be refunded the amount paid for the product. Please contact us at lanmeirenbeauty@outlook.com to obtain the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What should I do if my item is damaged, wrong, or missing?

Please send photos or a short video showing the issue to lanmeirenbeauty@outlook.com within 10 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible on the next business day.

How do I get a refund?

For any issues with our products or service, please contact our support team. If a refund or partial refund is agreed upon, the amount will be returned to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card).

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal, major credit cards via PayPal, and Visa/Mastercard credit cards.

Do I need to pay import tax or customs duty?

You are responsible for any applicable import taxes or customs duties. In most cases, you will not be required to pay additional fees as we use air express delivery for most countries. If you need an invoice or customs clearance documents, please contact us.
