• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Items without original packaging.
• Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

Refund Process
